KG Digital Creativity is a branding and digital strategy studio that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses build clear, professional brands and consistent marketing content so they can grow and scale their business. We work with coaches, creatives, wellness brands, and service-based businesses on branding, content creation, websites, and marketing systems.
We are a growing studio looking for a reliable and creative assistant to help with content creation, organization, and administrative support.
This role is perfect for someone interested in branding, social media, digital marketing, design, or online business operations who wants hands-on experience and an opportunity to grow with a creative studio.
Responsibilities
Tasks may include:
Content Support

Create and resize graphics in Canva
-
Create Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Write captions from content prompts
-
Schedule social media posts
-
Create Pinterest pins
-
Upload blog posts
-
Update content calendar
Admin & Organization
-
Organize Google Drive and client files
-
Create and manage client folders
-
Upload and organize client deliverables
-
Format presentations and proposals
-
Update project trackers
-
Send onboarding/offboarding emails (templates provided)
Marketing Support

Research content ideas
-
Research hashtags
-
Find stock photos
-
Competitor research
-
Help organize email lists
Requirements
-
Familiar with Canva and CapCut
-
Familiar with Instagram and/or Pinterest
-
Organized and detail-oriented
-
Reliable and meets deadlines
-
Good communication skills
-
Comfortable working remotely

Interest in branding, marketing, design, or business

Bonus: Familiar with Notion, Google Drive, Mailchimp/Flodesk, Squarespace, or Wix

As KG Digital Creativity grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours, higher pay, and more responsibility.

This role also includes a 10% referral commission for any new client you refer who signs a project with the company (commission paid on the first project invoice).
