Before we build anything, we need to know what we're building toward. The Brand Strategy Intensive is a focused, paid session that gets you out of your own head and into a clear direction, positioning, messaging, differentiation, and a defined path forward.
This is also the front door to every larger engagement at KG Digital. Strategy is never free here. It shouldn't be free anywhere.

Kayla leads creative direction and strategy. Deliverables are tracked, timelines are kept, and you're never left wondering where things stand. Communication is clear and consistent throughout.

STEP 04

You Launch

Final delivery, walkthrough, and handoff. For ongoing retainer clients, we stay in your corner every month. For project clients, a 30-day check-in is included after delivery.

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Apply
Strategy is never free.

Every engagement starts with a paid session or a built-in strategy phase. Your time is valuable. So is ours.

The floor is $1,200.

No project goes below this number. No exceptions. This is the standard and it doesn't move.

Deposits before work begins.

50% upfront on all projects. Retainers billed on the 1st of each month. 3-phase payment available for projects over $3,000.

Scope changes get a change order.

Anything outside the agreed scope is priced before it's touched. We're not a yes agency — we're a partnership.

Contracts on everything.

Every engagement is documented. Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and expectations are in writing before we start.
