Deposits & Payments

Here are some important points to keep in mind regarding payments and project initiation:

• Only ApplePay, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or the official KG Digital Creativity website are acceptable forms of payment.

• Projects exceeding $100 require a 25% deposit to commence work. A 50% deposit is required for projects under $100.

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

• If the designer cancels the project due to personal reasons, a refund will be provided.

• The final files will be delivered once the remaining balance has been paid.

• Failure to settle the balance will delay the project delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

Here are some important things to note regarding refunds, cancellations, and communication:

• Refunds cannot be issued for any project, regardless of the circumstances.

• If you need to cancel a project, please inform me right away. However, please be aware that cancelling a project does not result in a refund. In the event of cancellation, full payment will be required if you decide to rebook.

• If a client proves to be challenging to work with, KG Digital Creativity reserves the right to discontinue any ongoing projects with that client and provide a refund.

• If KG Digital Creativity has sent you project documents, such as contracts or questionnaires, and has not received a response within two weeks (14 days), the project will be cancelled and refunded due to lack of communication.

Turnaround Times

Here are some important details regarding project turnaround times:

• For most graphic projects, expect delivery within 10-15 business days with smooth communication between both parties. Websites and branding packages take a minimum of 20 business days to finish.

• Please note that the turnaround time does not include revision time. An additional 4-5 business days are required to complete revisions.

• Turnaround time starts from the date provided via the client portal, not the actual date of booking.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in the turnaround time. Please factor in only weekdays.

• If any necessary information for starting, continuing, or finishing a project has not been submitted by the client, the turnaround time may be extended.

• Lastly, please note that rush orders are not accepted.

Files & Revisions

Important Information Regarding Design Revisions and Redesigns

• I provide .jpg, .png and .pdf file formats to all clients based on their request.

• Additional project files such as .AI and .PSD files are available upon request.

• Before giving the final approval on a design, all drafts will be watermarked by KG Digital Creativity.

• KG Digital Creativity may share content unless a Copyright Transfer Agreement is requested. In such cases, the agreement will be sent to the client to sign.

• My design service includes three free revisions for minor changes, such as color adjustments, font changes, and wording. However, once this limit has been reached, a $5 fee per revision will apply.

• Please note that redesigns, which involve significant changes such as layout and concept, will incur an additional $25 per design.

• Once a client approves a design and final files are sent, no further revisions can be made. If a client requires additional revisions after approval, a redesign fee will be applied.

Requirements for a Productive Design Experience

To ensure a productive design experience, I request that you provide high-quality photos, HEX codes for your brand colors, and a detailed vision of your brand. I do not create graphics without a defined concept, as this can make the process much longer and tedious. I am committed to bringing your vision to life, and having these items ready will help us do so. Please note that if any of these items are missing or unknown, I regret to inform you that your order will be canceled without a refund.
